One address, read by a person: hello@tapesheet.com. There is no support portal, no ticket number and no chatbot, because there are no accounts to have problems with.
The message we most want
If you hit a parse failure, the analyzer offers to send us the file — with your account number and name stripped in your browser before anything leaves it, and only if you tick the box. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. Emailing it works just as well; strip the account number and holder name first if you would rather.
Either way it becomes a permanent test fixture, which means that broker’s layout can never silently break again. Say which broker and platform you use and we will tell you when it is fixed.
Also genuinely useful
- A number that looks wrong. Your broker’s figures are authoritative, not ours. Tell us which metric and what you expected — that is a bug report and we want it.
- Security disclosure. Email before publishing and we will work with you. There is no bug bounty; there is genuine gratitude and credit if you want it.
- Something on the site that breaks our own rules — see the ethics page. Point at it and we will fix or remove it.
- Press, partnership or a broker asking about their format. Same address.
- A feature you keep reaching for and not finding. Not everything gets built, but everything gets read.
Things we cannot help with
Not to be unfriendly — these are genuinely outside what this tool is:
- Advice about your trading. We do not give it. See the risk disclaimer.
- Signals, strategies or recommendations. Never, from us or from anyone writing on our behalf.
- Account recovery. There are no accounts. If your journal is gone, it went with your browser storage and we have no copy — nobody does. Keep backups with Settings → Export.
- Disputes with your broker or prop firm. Our numbers are a reconstruction from a file you exported; only your broker’s records are authoritative, and our prop verdict is an approximation of a firm’s rules, not the firm’s calculation.
- Data-deletion requests. Not because we refuse, but because we hold nothing. Deletion is Settings → Clear all data, on your device. The one exception is a statement you chose to donate after a parse failure: say so and we will delete it.
Response time
This is a small project, so expect a reply in days rather than minutes. Parse failures and security reports go to the front of the queue.
